An update from Executive Director, Kelly Coury
Normandy is fully committed to maintaining all services critical to the welfare of our residents. Your experience with Normandy might be slightly different for a time. We thank you for your understanding as we navigate this unprecedented crisis together. Our commitment to our residents remains unchanged.
We understand there is concern, so we want you to know that we continue to monitor the situation surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and receive daily updates and advisories from public health organizations, understanding that information is ever-changing and evolving as more is learned about COVID-19.
The Normandy employees have been actively implementing and adhering to the new guidelines and directions as they are received. It is our priority to continue our proactive measures to ensure the well-being of our residents, visitors and our team members. We are very fortunate to have such caring and loyal employees on our team.
At this time, we are fortunate to be able to report that we remain COVID-19 free on our campus.
Based on the CDC and CMS guidelines, for the safety of our resident and staff, we are continuing to restrict all visitors and non-essential health care personnel.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work hard to maintain the well-being of our residents and staff. We encourage you to keep in touch with your loved one via phone or Face time. If you or your loved one would like to our assistance with keeping in touch, such as a phone call while on the other side of the window, or arranging a Face time call, please contact the facility and a staff member will make the arrangements.
We are monitoring this evolving situation and have taken and continue to take appropriate steps to mitigate the risk of exposure. We will keep you posted on any new developments.
